Building on her extensive senior administrative and leadership experience, Eileen heads up a number of high-profile strategic outreach initiatives, including: the Munk School’s Global Taiwan Studies program (including graduate seminars, lecture series, research projects, online journal, scholarly exchanges and social innovation projects); the Executive Training programs for civil servants from Guandong province; the Global Ideas Institute, an intensive research and design challenge for over 150 Toronto-area high school students, jointly run with UT Schools and Rotman, which Eileen helped launch; and several new initiatives that are currently in the development phase.
Eileen is widely known within the Munk School for her consummate professionalism and dedication. A key force in the impressive growth of the Asian Institute, she brings over 12 years of senior administrative/leadership experience in strategic planning; management of multiple portfolios of academic / non-academic programs, including student experience and service, admissions, promotion and recruitment; HR and Finance management; marketing and communication; and both internal and external relations.
