Centipedes, AI, and Multiple Emilys: A Conversation about Pedagogy and the Study of Religion

For the Fiftieth anniversary of Religious Studies Review, editors of each section were asked to write an essay about the five most influential books in their area. The pedagogy co-editors decided to take a different approach and have a conversation about teaching, which, yes, includes references to books, but also allowed us to go beyond. The below represents an edited transcript of this conversation, which was also the first time we had met and talked, besides communicating over email.
