In 2015, the Lionel Gelber Prize marked its

25th Anniversary.

In celebration of this important milestone, a video was produced with five previous winners (including the first winner Jonathan D. Spence) in conversation with John Stackhouse, former editor-in- chief of The Globe and Mail newspaper. These compelling conversations explore global change over the past quarter century (1990 – 2015) through the eyes of these eloquent and insightful writers.
