He joined KPMG from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, where he was Vice President, Policy & Government Relations. He was also Policy Director at the Mowat Centre, where he helped in the initial build of one of Canada’s most prolific and respected think tanks. He also spent two years at the Ontario Ministry of Finance in the Office of Economic Policy and three years in the Cabinet Office, Intergovernmental.
He has emerged as one of Canada’s foremost thought leaders in public sector renewal, value-based government-provider relationships, and practice lead in new service delivery models.
