Navaz Mistry

Navaz is the Director of Development at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, leading development efforts in support of the Munk School’s priorities and serving as the School's key liaison within the Faculty of Arts & Science Advancement team. She will work in partnership with colleagues across Advancement, whose collective expertise supports Munk School's fundraising, alumni engagement, stewardship, and communications goals.

She is a fundraising and business development leader with extensive experience advancing philanthropy, building strategic partnerships, and driving organizational growth across higher education and healthcare sectors.

Most recently, Navaz served as Senior Director of Philanthropy at Women's College Hospital Foundation, where she led the major gifts program and oversaw annual giving. Previously, she held leadership roles as Director of Philanthropy at St. Michael's Hospital Foundation and Director of Advancement Communications at the Rotman School of Management.

In addition to her fundraising leadership, Navaz has designed and delivered customized education programs on design thinking, innovation, and leadership communication at Rotman, Unity Health Toronto and SickKids. She holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Outside of work, Navaz volunteers with Campfire Circle and enjoys cycling and pottery.
