Renewing the Social Contract: Economic Recovery in Canada from COVID-19

Abstract

This report makes recommendations for building a better, more resilient Canada, able to respond to future crises. These recommendations focus on renewing the social contract to address socio-economic inequities and reinvigorating the economy in sustainable ways.
