Danielle Bohonos

Danielle Bohonos is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto and a Research Fellow in the Policy, Election, and Representation Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. She did her master’s and bachelor’s studies in political science at McGill University. 

Danielle's research involves the rise of far-right and populist movements in Canada and the network that connects these ideas across North America more broadly. Her other research interests include rural resentment, western alienation, and the decline in trust in political institutions.
