Rose Barrett is a Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of Toronto. She has experience in federal policy and strategic communications through roles at NATIONAL Public Relations and Public Services and Procurement Canada, where she supported government relations, policy research, and public-sector analysis.
Previously, Rose led community initiatives supporting unhoused and Indigenous populations in Montreal and held equity-focused positions at McGill University. She is a CARE Program participant and contributes to campus sustainability and academic publishing through the Environmental Working Group and the Public Policy and Governance Academic Review.
