The Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies serves as a comprehensive, accessible, and authoritative source of information and analysis on the countries of the European Union, central and eastern Europe, Russia, the Transcaucasus, and Central Asia for the Canadian news media, business community, and the general public. CERES supports the exchange of ideas and scholars through its close relations with the institutions of the European Union, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), and institutions of higher learning across Europe, Eurasia, and North America.
