Peter Loewen, Director
Peter Loewen is the founding director of PEARL and the Director of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. He is a Professor in U of T's Department of Political Science and a Research Lead at the Schwartz-Reisman Institute. He is a Principal with the Media Ecosystem Observatory and a Fellow of the Public Policy Forum.
