Kristen Ligers

Katie Boomgaardt
Program Manager, Internship & Career Placement, Master of Public Policy

Katie will be working closely with you in the first year of the program to develop the professional skills you need to be ready for your internship next summer. Every September, Katie hosts a session for you to learn all about internships and professional development for year one of the MPP.

Kate Dewasha
Manager, Career Development & Alumni Engagement, Master of Public Policy

Kate D. (not to be confused with Katie B.) works closely with MPP students in year 2 of the program. As the Manager of Career Development & Alumni Engagement, Kate assists graduating students with their full-time job search and works closely with MPP alumni and public policy employers.

Petra Jory
Program Officer, Master of Public Policy

Petra advises MPP students in all course and academic matters. She oversees collaborative specializations, exchange opportunities and student funding. She also provides support to faculty in course planning and is the liaison to the University’s School of Graduate Studies for curriculum matters. Petra is here to ensure MPP students’ academic success, from the start of the program to graduation.
