A free screening of Union, the 2024 documentary film directed by Cinema Studies Institute faculty member, Brett Story, and Stephen Maing. Prof. Story will be in attendance for a talk after the screening moderated by Canadian film director, Yung Chang.
 
Union follows former and current workers of Amazon as they take on the company to form the Amazon Labor Union. The film premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, where it won the U.S. Documentary Special Jury Award for the Art of Change.
 
All are welcome. Seats are first come, first serve. Doors open at 6:30pm.
