Mark Duggan

Mark Duggan is the Director of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, with a cross-appointment in the Department of Economics, University of Toronto. He was the Wayne and Jodi Cooperman Professor of Economics at Stanford University, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management. He previously served as Co-Editor of the Journal of Public Economics and the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy.
