The Trump administration's seizure of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and other actions towards Venezuela have raised fundamental questions about regional and global stability, the fate of the liberal international order, and the role of the United States in the Western Hemisphere and the world. Trump's subsequent threats against Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, and Greenland have only increased international uncertainty. The Bill Graham Centre brings together Canada's former Ambassador to the U.N., Bob Rae, and former Ambassador to Venezuela Ben Rowswell for a discussion of these timely matters.
