Carter Bray

Carter Bray is a Master of Public Policy Candidate at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, and a Director at the Munk School’s Environmental Working Group. He has worked in the philanthropic sector on environmental grant-making, primarily focusing on carbon zero responses to climate change, carbon markets, and nature based solutions. His policy interests include regulatory policy, conservation and protected areas, and agriculture.
