Is China Changing 'the Rules’ of the international law of the sea?  Conflicts over islands and rocks in the South and East China Seas has been ongoing.  How and why have China’s leaders been to implement “China’s law of the sea?”  Experts from academia and think tank came together to discuss maritime contestation.
