Céline Bauwens

Dr. Céline Bauwens is the Director, Administration at The Citizen Lab. In her previous role, she was Institutional Strategic Initiatives Officer in the Division of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation. Céline worked with faculty and academic units across the University’s three campuses to support the initiation, development and growth of interdisciplinary, multi-unit initiatives. She has also held positions as Scientific Manager at U of T’s Medicine by Design initiative, grant facilitation consultant to SPARC (Support Programs to Advance Research Capacity) at the University of British Columbia; and development scientist at the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine. Céline has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering & Chemic Engineering and Applied Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
