As a Lupina Fellow and IPL researcher, Christinne is committed to shaping evidence-based policy solutions that bridge innovation and inclusion, ultimately driving social and economic transformation in low-income countries.

Christinne's Lupina Project, Reducing Inequality: Inclusive Innovation and the Need for Sound Governance in Low-Income Countries, examines how innovation policies can be designed and governed to foster inclusive economic growth, with the Caribbean as a case study. The project explores how markets, digital infrastructure, and social entrepreneurship can reduce inequality when paired with strong governance mechanisms, such as transparent regulations, institutional capacity-building, and effective public-private partnerships. The project aims to develop policy recommendations by combining literature review, comparative analysis, and regional case studies, ensuring innovation reaches marginalized communities, strengthens resilience, and contributes to sustainable development in low-income contexts.
