Mariana Higgins

Mariana Higgins is a Master of Public Policy Candidate at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, and a Director at the Munk School’s Environmental Working Group. She’s been involved in environmental policy for four years, including internship placements at the Ontario Energy Board, Public Safety Canada, and the Ontario Ministry of Energy and Electrification. Her policy areas of focus are energy transition and sustainable urban development
