A strategy and project management specialist, Nina Boric brings over fifteen years of experience in higher education. Holding increasingly senior roles at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and currently at the Asian Institute, she continually offers unique vision and leadership in her positions. A two times Excellence through Innovation, University of TorontoNorthrope Frye Staff Excellence and Arbor Award winner, Nina has developed and delivered a multitude of programs and services across the University. Some of these initiatives include restructuring and spearheading the annual Lionel Gelber Prize; leading a capital renovation project; executing a collaborative flagship initiative with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and leading a change management process and further growth strategy at the Asian Institute. A consummate relationship-builder, Nina fosters successful partnerships with a range of post-secondary, government, and media organizations, and values, above all, opportunities to mentor colleagues and students. Nina completed her H.B.A. at Trinity College and her M.A. in Ethnic, Immigration, and Pluralism Studies at the University of Toronto. She served as the Chair of the Executive Committee Trinity College Alumni Association and as the Director on Board of Trinity College, University of Toronto.
